DANNY HAWKINS
Group Managing Director
Having been involved in construction recruitment for over 30 years, Danny’s extensive knowledge and expertise within the industry are second to none. With his wealth of experience and passion for the sector, it was a natural progression for Danny to establish his own business in 2004.
Since then, he has continued to grow and develop the business and now proudly serves as Group Managing Director of MPL Site Services and MPL Site Services (Heathrow) Ltd, overseeing the continued growth and success of the MPL Group.
NEIL WALLACE
Director
Neil began his career in construction recruitment in 2000 and has never looked back. Starting out as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant under the guidance of our Group Managing Director, Neil quickly developed a strong understanding of the industry and built a successful career through his dedication, attention to detail and commitment to building long-standing client relationships.
Throughout his career, Neil has always placed great importance on delivering the highest level of service to both clients and candidates, ensuring that their individual needs are understood and consistently met.
His commitment and success within the industry led to him becoming a Director and Shareholder of MPL Site Services (Heathrow) Ltd in 2018, where he continues to play a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the business.
NEIL MEARS
Director
Having worked in sales from the age of 16, Neil brought his wealth of commercial experience into the recruitment industry in 2005. He initially specialised in the M&E white-collar recruitment market, before making the move into construction recruitment in 2008.
It was within the construction sector that Neil found his real passion and achieved significant success, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates and developing a deep understanding of the industry.
His continued commitment, experience and success led to him becoming a Director and Shareholder of MPL Site Services (Heathrow) Ltd in 2018, where he continues to play an integral role in the growth and development of the business.

RACHEL FOUNTAIN
Senior Consultant
Rachel began her career in construction recruitment in 2007 as a Resourcer, where it quickly became apparent that she had all the qualities and credentials to become an excellent Recruitment Consultant. This has been firmly demonstrated throughout her 10+ years of service with MPL.
A consistent high achiever, Rachel takes great pride in the high level of service she provides to both clients and candidates, building strong, long-standing relationships through her professionalism, knowledge and commitment to delivering the right results.
RYAN O'GRADY
Senior Consultant
Having joined MPL in 2016, Ryan has consistently demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and an unwavering determination when it comes to winning new business. His drive to remain one of our top performers year after year is a quality that truly sets him apart.
Ryan’s clients value the fact that he consistently goes above and beyond to fulfil their requirements, building strong and lasting relationships along the way. This is further strengthened by the excellent rapport he develops with our operatives, enabling him to understand their needs and ensure the right people are matched to the right opportunities.

EMMA WALLACE
Payroll / Office Manager
Emma began her career in recruitment in 2002 and has consistently been the backbone of every team she has been part of. She takes her role within the company extremely seriously and plays a vital part in ensuring the payroll process is managed accurately, efficiently and in full compliance with all relevant legislation.
Her attention to detail, knowledge and commitment make her an integral part of the business, helping to ensure our payroll operations run smoothly and that both our clients and operatives receive the high level of service they expect from MPL.
SILVIA DEEGON
Administrator / Social Media Executive
Silvia joined MPL in 2021 as an Administrator, but it quickly became apparent that she had the ability and ambition to take on much more responsibility. She has since progressed into a key role within the business, working alongside Emma to assist with the payroll function.
Silvia is highly dependable and approaches every aspect of her role with care, accuracy and professionalism. Her diligent approach and willingness to take on additional responsibilities make her a valued and trusted member of the MPL team.

MEDINA MEARS
Administrator
Medina began her career in recruitment in 2014 and, over the years, has taken on a variety of different roles and responsibilities, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process from start to finish.
She takes great pride in everything she does and is renowned for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering work to the highest possible standard. Whatever project or responsibility she takes on, Medina can always be relied upon to give it her full attention and ensure it is completed to the very best of her ability.
MANDY ALEXANDER
Accounts
Mandy is based within our Accounts Department in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, where she is responsible for overseeing the accounting side of the business. She plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company, managing the financial aspects of the business with professionalism and attention to detail.
Always approachable and willing to help, Mandy goes above and beyond to assist wherever possible, working hard to ensure that our clients, operatives and colleagues receive the support they need and that all parties are kept happy.
